It’s an easy, healthy way to use avocado oil, especially in recipes.
I make it from the same avocado that’s used in many of my recipes.
I use it for sautéing vegetables, adding an extra layer of flavor, and as a delicious condiment.
You can make it in the oven, or it can be ready to eat right away.
But if you want to make it ahead of time, it’s super easy.
Just cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a saucepan over medium-high heat.
It should boil quickly.
You can even steam the avocado and add it to a bowl of tortillas and rice, or wrap it in lettuce leaves and bake it in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes.

The most popular are grilled salmon, grilled tuna, grilled chicken, chicken wings, and some vegan baked goods.
But you can also make your own.
Just soak the avocado in a glass of warm water and add a tablespoon of salt, pepper, and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
Then add some olive oil and season with freshly ground black pepper.
